B&I Publishes Employment Law Updates on Temperature Checks, OSHA Record-keeping

This week, B&I added two employment law updates to its COVID-19 Legal Resource Library. This update outlines the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s newly published guidance regarding employers’ duty to record and report cases of COVID-19 in their work-forces.
