Matthew Schaefer Discusses Wayfair Implications on Cyber Law & Business Report
Brann & Isaacson Partner Matthew Schaefer appeared on the September 12, 2018 edition of the Cyber Law & Business Report with host Bennet Kelley to discuss the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc., 138 S.Ct. 2080 (2018), in which Schaefer served as co-counsel to the Respondents. Schaefer discussed the background to the Wayfair case, the Court’s decision, and the implications of the change in constitutional jurisprudence concerning state sales taxes for Internet retailers and other remote sellers.
