Peter Lowe Discusses OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard with Maine News Media

Partner Peter Lowe has been in demand with the Maine news media after the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) relating to COVID-19 vaccination and the workplace. The standard requires employees in workplaces with 100 or more workers present either to receive the COVID-19 vaccine or follow weekly testing and mask-wearing requirements. Lowe recently discussed the impact of the new OSHA standard on Maine businesses and workers with NewsCenterMaine, WMTW News 8, the Portland Press Herald, and Bangor Daily News.
