Peter Brann Teaches Ethics to Government Lawyers

Partner Peter Brann co-taught an ethics seminar to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office on May 20, 2022. The seminar addressed the varying roles that different members of the AG’s office perform. Along with his co-teacher in the seminar, former Maine Attorney General Jim Tierney, Brann has been co-teaching a class entitled The Role of the State Attorney General for the past 12 years at the Harvard, Yale, and Columbia Law Schools. Brann has been hired by AG offices, litigated against AG offices, and was formerly the State Solicitor in Maine, handling and supervising litigation and appeals up to and including the U.S. Supreme Court.
