Peter Brann Speaks to New York IP Association about Supreme Court Case

Partner Peter Brann was one of the featured speakers at a conference held on February 25, 2021, by the New York Intellectual Property Association on the U.S. Supreme Court case of United States v. Arthrex concerning the constitutionality of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Brann, along with B&I partners, David Swetnam-Burland and Stacy Stitham, filed a friend-of-the-court brief on behalf of two of America’s leading golf manufacturers supporting the constitutionality of the Board. The B&I lawyers frequently defend companies in intellectual property cases around the country, and have filed friend-of-the-court briefs in many of the leading patent cases decided by the Supreme Court in the last 10 years.

A video of Brann’s presentation is available here.
