Peter Brann Co-Teaching Popular Harvard Law School Course

For the Fall 2020 term, partner Peter Brann will once again be offering his course at the Harvard Law School on “The Role of the State Attorney General,” co-taught with James Tierney, the former Maine Attorney General. Brann and Tierney have taught this class at Columbia and Harvard Law Schools for several years, with Harvard Law School now offering the course in both the fall and spring semesters. Brann, who served as Maine’s State Solicitor before joining Brann & Isaacson, has a litigation practice focused on intellectual property and corporate litigation, which also includes the representation of companies and individuals dealing with state attorneys general and state and federal government agencies.
