Peter Brann Co-Teaching Course At Yale Law School
In Spring 2019, partner Peter Brann is co–teaching a class as a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School on “The Role of the State Attorney General” with James Tierney, the former Maine Attorney General. For several years running, Brann and Tierney have jointly offered the course at Yale, Harvard, and Columbia Law Schools. Brann, who served as Maine’s State Solicitor before joining Brann & Isaacson, has a litigation practice that focuses on corporate and intellectual property litigation, which includes the representation of companies and individuals dealing with state attorneys general and state and federal government agencies.
