Brann & Isaacson Welcomes Its Newest Associate, Eamonn Hart

Brann & Isaacson is proud to announce that Eamonn Hart has joined the firm as an associate. Hart is a graduate of Bowdoin College, where he majored in Government and Legal Studies and minored in English. He went on to attend The University of Chicago Law School, graduating with High Honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as Executive Topics and Comments Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review; placed first overall and was awarded best respondent brief in the Hinton Moot Court Competition; and received the Mark C. Mamolen Prize in Business Law. Prior to joining B&I, Hart served as a law clerk to Circuit Judge William J. Kayatta, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and before that District Judge Gary S. Feinerman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Before law school, he worked in political fundraising, and served as a legislative staff member in the United States Senate.

Hart joins the firm’s litigation practice, where he will focus on business litigation, including employment disputes, commercial disputes, privacy matters, false claims litigation, and state tax disputes. He will also advise clients in non-litigation matters, such as tariff compliance and employment best practices.

Outside of his legal practice, Hart is an active member of his local running club, an occasional skier, and a doting dog owner.
