B&I Publishes Two Employment Law Updates on EEOC Guidance
B&I has added two employment law updates to its COVID-19 Legal Resource Library. These updates provide information on new guidance issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. First, the EEOC has updated its original guidance on COVID-19 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Second, the Commission has issued new guidance on employers’ ability to include antibody testing as part of a return-to-work program.
