B&I Attorney Presents to American College of Real Estate Lawyers
On May 20, 2020, Brann & Isaacson partner Ben Lund participated in a panel presentation to members of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers from all across the United States. The subject was “Remote Legal Work and the Paper-less Legal Office.” The program covered the ins and outs of remote legal work, including routines and best practices, technology and tools, and ethical considerations in working from home. The panel then addressed the implications of going paperless, why to consider it, and how it can affect a litigation or transactional law practice.
