B&I Attorney Featured in Portland Press Herald Piece on Maine’s Recovery Plan
Brann & Isaacson partner Peter Lowe was highlighted in a Portland Press Herald article first published on April 29, 2020, “Businesses first in line under Mills’ recovery plan approach reopening with caution.” Commenting on Maine’s business recovery plan, Lowe noted the short time frame the State is providing businesses for implementing reopening procedures, and cautioned that businesses should not let customer demand drive them to open back up too soon. Lowe also discussed guidance from the federal government that employers will likely have more leeway to inquire about employees’ health during the pandemic.
