Ben Lund Addresses the Real Estate Institute on Entity and Fiduciary Authority


Partner Ben Lund gave a presentation entitled, “Overview: Entity and Fiduciary Authority,” at the Real Estate Institute of the Maine State Bar Association, held on May 3-4, 2019, in Augusta. Lund’s presentation included a discussion of the minimum documentation requirements for identity and authority, and the circumstances in which more than the minimum may be needed. Held every five years, the Real Estate Institute featured more than 70 presentations in 2019.

Lund has been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, and was elected by his colleagues as the Chair of the Maine State Bar Association’s Real Estate & Title Section. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, taxation and immigration law issues. His work includes review and resolution of title issues, negotiation of commercial purchase and construction agreements, leases and easements, technology acquisition and development agreements, project permitting, and commercial finance.
