Brann & Isaacson Commitment to Racial and Social Justice

Like so many others, we were horrified and outraged by the death of George Floyd. And Breonna Taylor. And Ahmaud Arbery. And so many others.

We cannot dismiss these senseless deaths as something that happens occasionally somewhere else. It is also clear that we must look beyond our pro bono efforts on behalf of under-served people, or our charitable contributions to organizations that serve people of color and other minority communities.

As lawyers, we took an oath to do justice. And many of us became lawyers precisely to do just that. And, although we do not claim to have the answers today, we are committed to continuing the conversation to determine what more we as a firm, and we as individual lawyers, can do to fight for racial and social justice.
