In an article in MaineBiz, partner Peter D. Lowe and attorney Hannah Wurgaft write about “How to craft a COVID-19 employee vaccine policy.” They address the considerations businesses should think about now if they plan to offer or mandate vaccinations for employees. They address key issues, including the need to consult state and federal law in crafting a plan; to consider reasonable accommodations for certain employees; and the overall risks and benefits of a vaccine mandate.
