Eisenstein Gives Presentation on the Escalating Nexus Wars
On March 21, 2018, Martin Eisenstein gave a presentation to the ABA/IPT Advanced Sales Tax Seminar held in New Orleans. The title of his presentation was “The Nexus Wars Escalate: State Taxes in the Age of Electronic Commerce.” He provided the industry’s perspective and defenses to the States’ aggressive approaches to imposing sales tax liability on internet and other remote retailers.
