Peter Brann Again Offers Popular Harvard Law Course
For the Fall 2023 term, partner Peter Brann will once more be offering his popular course at the Harvard Law School on “The Role of the State Attorney General.” Brann has team-taught this class at Columbia, Yale, and Harvard Law Schools with former Maine Attorney General James Tierney. Brann, who served as Maine’s State Solicitor before joining Brann & Isaacson, has a litigation practice focused on intellectual property and corporate litigation, which also includes the representation of companies and individuals dealing with state attorneys general and state and federal government agencies.
