William Townshend


William’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, business succession planning, and related tax and transactional matters. Will has experience in the preparation of wills and trusts, including the development of complex estate plans for high net-worth individuals. He also has experience counseling clients on both tax and non-tax issues related to transferring closely-held business interests, developing lifetime charitable giving plans, and representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
