Dan provides advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law, education law and municipal law.  Dan serves as employment counsel for a large number of public and private employers, providing practical advice on difficult personnel issues and representing clients in contested matters.  For municipal and education clients, Dan advises chief executives and board members on a wide range of issues including governance, enforcement, legal compliance, and risk management. Dan also regularly advises direct marketers and online merchants in regard to state laws related to unclaimed property.
