ASSOCIATE
Adam is an associate at Brann & Isaacson. His practice focuses on corporate law, commercial transactions, trademark and copyright matters, and consumer privacy. He works closely with businesses in Maine and around the country on corporate issues, including organization and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and other commercial transactional matters. Adam’s work also focuses on trademark and other intellectual properties issues, including drafting responses to the Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of clients who have been denied trademark registration.
Adam graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Adam was an intern at Brann & Isaacson, a legal intern for the Maine Economic Improvement Fund, and Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research, Analysis, and Communication program. Adam graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2020, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with girlfriend, reading, and watching sports.
