Alice in Patentland
Like most practitioners of the legal profession, we read on the job. A lot. That is why we’re excited tolearn of Sam Lavigne’s attempt to create a program that will transform any text into a patent application.
We look forward to seeing how Alice fares in Patentland, how Josef K does with a Trial before the PTO, and whether The Clockwork Orange is patentable subject matter.
