Matthew P. Schaefer is an associate whose practice includes general civil and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies on behalf of individuals, partnerships and corporations. His areas of focus include contract and commercial disputes, state and local tax appeals, intellectual property, and real estate disputes. Mr. Schaefer also counsels and represents clients with respect to interstate tax matters (with a focus on sales and use tax issues), and compliance with Federal Trade Commission regulations. Mr. Schaefer has extensive experience representing clients on telecommunications matters.
